Watchdog Approved Diet Pills

Lipofuze Extreme Weight Loss Formula offers an allegedly clinically proven way to prevent binge eating but many customers have said that this diet pill makes them sick. We look into Lipofuze to find out whether it is safe, if it works and what you can expect from taking this diet supplement.

If you want to look skinnier and feel more confident, Lipofuze’s powerful advertising message will hit the spot. Lipofuze is a fat burner, which comes backed with a 90-day guarantee. Despite that, we feel we have seen it all before and there is nothing that special about this diet pill.

Lipofuze Pros

  • 90-day money-back guarantee

Lipofuze Cons

  • High level of negative customer reviews
  • Lack of clinical proof
  • Cynical advertising targets obese customers

Lipofuze Facts

  • Manufactured in the US by Synergistic Nutritional Compounds, LLC.
  • Each bottle contains 60 capsules
  • Available on as well as direct from the company

Lipofuze is an American diet pill made by Synergistic Nutritional Compounds, LLC. This diet pill contains caffeine- rich natural ingredients with extra caffeine thrown in!

The advertising claims that this fat burner diet pill will help you lose serious amounts of weight and the customer testimonials published on the website unsurprisingly back this up. Apparently the loss of 40lbs, reducing your size by 7 dress sizes and similar, are the sort of results you can expect, although we are extremely sceptical about such claims.

Lipofuze contains natural ingredients. Green Coffee Bean Extract, Green Tea Extract, Irvingia Gabonensis, Caffeine and Co Enzyme Q 10.

The company does not provide any real information about how and when to take the diet pill. A month’s supply however is 60 capsules so probably one capsule with breakfast and then again at lunchtime will be the way to go. Taking Lipofuze too late in the day will probably cause sleep disturbances because of the caffeine.

The product information advises that if “If you find yourself losing more than 1 pound per day decrease the dosage!” This seems highly unlikely to us with this fairly ordinary looking ingredients contained in this pill. However if it did cause this level of weight loss, it is too extreme because losing a pound of weight a day is dangerous.

At first glance at Lipofuze, it is obvious that the company is aiming this product at people who are very overweight with issues around food that will probably take more than a caffeine diet pill to shift. The clue is that one of the major claims made is that Lipofuze will eliminate binge eating.

If you are an habitual binge eater, you know already that you have got a problem with food that is more serious than being a few pounds overweight.

We are not casting judgement here, but face facts. This fat burner diet pill is not aimed at the casual user who just wants to shift a bit of weight in order to look and feel a bit better. It is aimed at the severely obese customer looking for a dream solution to their problems.

This cynical marketing ploy is just that. We have seen exactly the same ingredients contained in Lipofuze in many other diet pills without the extreme claims. One of these is Abidexin also known as Apidexin. When it comes to ingredient profile these two products are practically identical.

Lipofuze Concerns

  • May cause a range of unpleasant side effects
  • Lack of clinical proof
  • Inadequate information about how to take this supplement

What Does Lipofuze Claim To Do?

Lipofuze makes some big claims! It claims that this diet pill product delivers some key features:

  • Eliminate binge eating
  • Burn your fat weight
  • Boost your energy
  • Build sexy slim lean muscles

The advertising claims that Lipofuze is “backed with science” and there is a photograph of a doctor with a stethoscope to tell us what a doctor is supposed to look like. Unfortunately, this is far as it goes with clinical proof and medical credibility.  The medical proof is not explained and the name of Lipofuze doctor is not revealed (we suspect she is a model).

There are some meaningless graphs that apparently show how well the ingredients work for weight loss and clinical trials are mentioned but there is no information about any of it. There is no explanation how Lipofuze will deliver the four key benefits it promises.

You are also advised to maintain a healthy eating plan and exercise programme in order to get the best results from Lipofuze but the company hint that you will still lose weight without any effort simply by taking the pills. Naughty.

So What Is Lipofuze and What Are The Ingredients For Lipofuze?

Lipofuze is a fat burner. It contains ingredients with a high caffeine content as well as extra caffeine.

  • Caffeine Anhydrous (210mg): Powdered form of caffeine and the principle ingredient of this diet supplement. Caffeine speeds the metabolism and can help you burn off fat. It can cause side effects of jitteriness and anxiety. Source:
  • Green Coffee Bean Extract with 50% chlorogenic acid (200mg): Unroasted coffee beans are green and high in chlorogenic acid. This has been linked to weight loss because of its effect on inhibiting the release of glucose (blood sugar) into the blood stream so may work as prevention to the storage of fat. Green coffee beans have caused a stir in the weight loss world following their exposure on the Dr Oz show but further clinical research is necessary. Green coffee bean extract contains caffeine.
  • Irvingia Gabonensis (150mg): Describing this as a “rare” ingredient by the company is surprising because African mango seeds seems to be a staple ingredient of many diet supplements. Clinical testing has shown that Irvingia Gabonensis can cause a reduction in cholesterol, especially when taken in it natural form. Source:
  • Green Select Phytosome (Green Tea Extract): Trade marked green tea extract that is beneficial to weight loss and has been clinically tested. Green Select Phytosome is safe and effective and can reduce fat and cholesterol. Contains caffeine. Source:
  • Co Enzyme Q 10 (50mg): Although this ingredient looks promising for weight loss, it has not been approved by the FDA as a supplement suitable for human consumption. Requires further investigation and safety assurances. Source:

So What Does All This Mean?

The ingredients contained in Lipofuze may help with weight loss but it seems highly unlikely that there is anything in this supplement to make you lose weight at a rate of 1lb a day. The high caffeine content will undoubtedly have an effect you can feel and may lead to feelings of anxiety or nausea – common caffeine side effects.

The fact that Co enzyme Q 10 has not been approved by the FDA as a suitable ingredient for food is worrying and the claims made by the company of extreme weight loss are unlikely to be realised.

This diet pill is no different from many others on the market and is identical in composition to Abidexin. If you think this diet pill will magically make you slim, you will most likely be in for a big disappointment.

Does Lipofuze Have Any Side Effects?

According to customer reviews, you can expect a lot of side effects. Many consumers have reported feelings of nausea and have physically vomited. It has also caused headaches, feelings of anxiety and paranoia. According to one user;

I took this with exercise and proper gave me too much energy and when I ran it felt like my heart was going to explode…Not only that but intense nausea was another side effect that made it even harder to get a good workout

didn’t work for me at all!!! And after took this, i felt sick… don’t waste of your money

However according to the Lipofuze website, there are no side effects there is no advice regarding potential medical problems.

Caution: Avoid if you have a heart condition or high blood pressure. Not suitable if pregnant or breast feeding. Avoid if you are caffeine sensitive.

Any Lipofuze Reviews From Customers?

There are plenty of reviews from customers and there is a mixed bag of opinion but with the negative responses outweighing the number positive reviews. Many people have reported that Lipofuze has caused feelings of nausea as well as vomiting.

I am still with vomiting and diarrhoea. Headache and stomach is unbearable like the nausea

I tried this product and lost a whole 2 pounds in 3 weeks. The pills actually make me sick

A positive review stated,

When you take it, you’ll feel it in your stomach for a couple of days

Side effects also cause feelings of breathlessness and a racing heart;

My heart I could feel was racing, I had shortness of breath & was drinking so much water just to try to feel better

However many customers have found Lipofuze totally ineffective and that they have not lost weight at all. A typical comment is:

Tried this product and felt like I actually gained weight don’t waste your money

Despite this, some Lipofuze users have had a more positive experience and although some have lost weight, most have experienced side effects but have decided it is worth it;

It’s uncomfortable at first, but you end up not noticing it and you feel better overall.

So Does Lipofuze Work?

It might work a bit but as one customer said “a black coffee on an empty stomach might do more”.

This diet supplement does not help you lose weight safely and healthily. Boosting your body with high amounts caffeine will have long term health effects and will probably make you feel sick. Lipofuze is not worth the money and does nothing to make you feel better about yourself.

The individual ingredients have been tested under clinical conditions and some have indicated favourable results. However, this diet pill has not been tested with all the ingredients working together. The conditions of the clinical trials do not really relate to the effects you can expect from Lipofuze.

Where Can I Buy Lipofuze?

You cannot buy Lipofuze from your local pharmacist or find it on the High Street. It is available online direct from the product website or from

Buy it direct from the company and it will cost you $49.95 for a month’s supply of 60 capsules, plus $4.95 shipping costs. Two months supply costs $79.95 includes free shipping and a bottle of Lipofuze 72HD, a detox pill.

Lipofuze costs $79.95 for a months supply if you buy from Amazon so it is a better deal if you buy direct from the company.

It does not appear that you will be caught in an automatic bulling cycle and you can pay via PayPal.

What About Money Back Guarantee?

Lipofuze offer a 90-day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied, you can return your order for a full refund. This offer covers one opened bottle and the remaining unopened bottles. You will have to pay return shipping costs.

You are advised to contact customer support before returning your order. You can do this via email, live chat from the website or by phone. There are no customer complaints surrounding the guarantee.

Watchdog Verdict

We are not impressed with Lipofuze. We do not like the real risk of the side effects and are sceptical about the weight loss it promises.

Although some of the ingredients look good, the caffeine overshadows any benefits. Making yourself feel sick and jittery may be a way to lose your appetite but we feel it is an extreme way to shed a few pounds. If you drink coffee until you feel sick, you probably will get the same effect for much less cost.

In the end we had little choice but to reject Lipofuze diet pills.
