Phen Fire 375 Review

Phen Fire 375 Facts

  • Manufactured by Phen-375
  • 30 tablets per bottle
  • Manufactured to ISO9001 and GMP Standards in a UK facility

Phen Fire 375 is manufactured by a company called Phen-375. Phen-375 is a British company that promotes its products as effective and strong, significantly boosting weight loss. Some of their claims are bordering on what we would describe as exaggeration, for example, ‘Can you imagine using this revolutionary weight loss tablet to become leaner super-fast almost without trying?’.

Diet pills are not magic pills that work miracles overnight, and not putting in any effort into other methods of boosting weight loss- dieting and exercising, can even cancel out the effects of the diet pills. Using the phrase ‘almost without trying’ raises some flags about this product’s marketing.

Phen-375 promote themselves as a British alternative to ordering products from abroad, pointing out the various savings and benefits customers would get from ordering from within the UK. The Why Buy? page points out their free shipping within the UK, lack of international transaction bank charge and lack of customs release fee makes purchasing from Phen-375 a much cheaper option than ordering from the US or from Europe.

They also quote unnamed competitors prices, suggesting that their product is much cheaper than these foreign alternatives. In our experience, whilst Phen Fire 375 is not the most expensive product we have ever seen, it is far from the cheapest.

Those who wish to contact Phen-375, the manufacturers of Phen Fire 375, can use the generic contact form on the website’s Contact Us page. There is seemingly no other contact information provided on the official website.

Phen Fire 375 Concerns:

  • Misleading marketing
  • Potential side effects
  • Main ingredient is simply caffeine!

What Does Phen Fire 375 Claim To Do?

The official website states that Phen Fire 375,

works quickly, getting to work in just 30 minutes, burning away unwanted fat and kicking your metabolism in to touch whilst helping you to become tighter and leaner by remove the excess water from your body.

This product description suggests this is both a fat burner and diuretic.

So What Is Phen Fire 375 and What Are The Ingredients For Phen Fire 375?

The ingredients list for Phen Fire 375 uses many technical and chemical names to refer to its ingredients. for example, its main ingredient is Trimethylxanthine, and the website goes into a lot of detail describing how this stimulant is safe to use, as well being a fat burner and appetite suppressant. What it fails to mention is that Trimethylxanthine is merely the chemical name for caffeine.

The ingredients list for Phen Fire 375 is provided on the official website, along with their explanation of how each ingredient works. No ingredient quantities are listed on the official website, but they are provided by third party retailers, presumably because they are listed on the product’s bottle.

  • 1,3,7 -Trimethylxanthine (200mg): Trimethylxanthine is more commonly known as caffeine. Numerous studies have shown that caffeine boosts energy levels and alertness, as well as mildly boosting the metabolism, causing a small increase in the number of calories used by the body. The effects shown in studies are small, and some studies are inconclusive.
  • N-Methyltyramine (175mg): A form of the amino acid Tyramine. It is known to increase blood pressure, and is one of the constituents of bitter orange extract. However, when tested in rats, it was found to inhibit lipolysis, rather than boost it. However it does also promote the release of norepinephrine, and so indirectly supports energy levels and raises the body’s metabolic rate.
  • Taraxicum 4:1 Extract (100mg): Taraxicum is more commonly known as Dandelion, which is primarily a diuretic and laxative. Ironically, the leaves can be used to stimulate the appetite.
  • Capsicum 10:1 Extract (25mg): Capsaicin in Capsicum, more commonly known as a chilli pepper. It is thought by some to play a role in weight loss. Some studies suggest it could suppress the appetite mildly, whilst others suggest that the heat causes a thermogenic reaction in the body, burning more calories for a period of time. However, there are also studies that show cayenne has little or no effect upon weight loss attempts.
  • Bioperine (5mg): This patented Black pepper extract is used for increasing the bioavailability of nutritional compounds. In other words, it increases the amounts of nutrients that are absorbed into the body in the digestive tract. It may also increase the absorption of various drugs, which may lead to potential side effects.
  • Vitamin B Complex (9mg): B vitamins play a wide range of roles in the body, including keeping the nervous system healthy, aiding the release of energy from consumed foods and allowing the body to use and store energy from protein and carbohydrates. All B Vitamins can be found in a balanced and healthy diet naturally. Deficieny of these vitamins may hinder weight loss attempts, but taking excess amounts of these vitamins is unlikely to significantly affect weight loss efforts.

So What Does All This Mean?

The main ingredient of this diet pill is caffeine, although the manufacturers use the chemical name for it, presumably to make it sound like a strong stimulant that the consumer has never heard of before, making it seem like a more unusual and unique diet pill.

Diuretics such as Dandelion do not actually aid weight loss in the long term- they cause the dieter to flush more water from the system, and the slightly dehydrated cells shrink, making the skin look tighter, and muscles look bigger in comparison. Once the product is no longer being used, this effect quickly ceases, as cells rehydrate. Dehydration from use of diuretics can increase temporary weight loss, making initial weight loss results seem more impressive. However, again, water weight will be quickly regained once the body rehydrates itself.

Does Phen Fire 375 Have Any Side Effects?

Whilst the official website makes no mention of any potential side effects, many of the ingredients can cause a range of side effects. We go through the potential side effects of each ingredient below.

1,3,7 -Trimethylxanthine is merely another name for caffeine. As we have discussed extensively in many of our reviews, caffeine is a stimulant and diuretic, and so can cause a variety of side effects. Whilst the chances of each side effect occurring vary between each individual consumer, in general the more that is consumed, the more likely these effects will occur. Caffeine can cause headaches, increased urination, dehydration, increased heart rate, increased blood pressure, heart palpitations, jitteriness, dizziness and insomnia.

Capsicum extract can cause various symptoms which can include stomach irritation and upset, sweating, flushing, and runny nose. Dandelion, referred to in this product as Taraxicum, is a diuretic, and so causes increased urination, and can cause dehydration. Generally it is considered to be a safe ingredient, but it is possible to have an allergy to Dandelion.

N-Methyltyramine can cause significant increases to blood pressure, and anyone who is taking MAOIs alongside this diet pill is at an increased risk of hypertensive crisis.

Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, those under the age of 18, or anyone who has any heart related illnesses, including high blood pressure.

Not suitable for anyone taking MAOIs.

Consult your doctor if you are unsure if you should consume this diet pill.

Any Phen Fire 375 Reviews From Customers?

There are some customer testimonials that have been posted on the official website for Phen Fire 375. These are in a separate section to form in which reviews can be left by customers, and so initially it appears that no customer reviews have been left- indeed one section of the website states that ‘There are no reviews yet.’

This makes us question the authenticity or at least the source of these reviews.

I was using the PhenOriginal 375 for a while and then needed something a little stronger to boost my energy just that little bit more and PhenFire was the obvious choice… PhenFire 375 gives me bundles of energy but without any of the ‘crashes’ that I’ve had before using other products. You can really feel it working so if you’ve not tried these before I would try the PhenOriginal 375 first just in case these are TOO STRONG for you.

I’m truly amazed, I’ve been disappointed by other products, but Phen Fire 375 does what it say, IT WORKS.

Used the product for 1 week now, very dramatic changes in energy, suppresses appetite very well, all round great product.

I use these as per the directions but also take 1 tablet before a workout as an energy booster – they work great and I really feel I’m maximising my workouts.

Whilst the customer testimonials from the official website are very positive, customers should bear in mind that the company is going to filter out any reviews that mention side effects or that are negative, making testimonials extremely biased. We could not find any customer reviews that were clearly unedited or unfiltered, and no customer reviews were on third party websites such as

So Does Phen Fire 375 Work?

There are positive customer testimonials for the product Phen Fire 375, and it would seem that some of the ingredients used may boost weight loss. However, the use of diuretics may make the consumer appear leaner and more toned, but this is a temporary effect due to dehydration. Initial weight loss may seem more dramatic because of the water weight the user would lose in the first few days taking the pill.

The customer testimonials are also posted by the company, and so are selected to best represent the product, making them an incredibly biased selection of opinions.

Where Can I Buy Phen Fire 375?

At the top of the page on the sales website, there is a large image stating that 60 tablets cost only £44.99. This misleading picture suggests that 60 tablets only cost £44.99 when in reality each bottle only contains 30 tablets, and each bottle of 30 costs £39.99.

There are also bulk buy offers available the official website. Customers purchasing three pots receive another pot free, and so 120 capsules costs £134.97. Those buying two pots (60 tablets) save 10%, and so pay £79.99. But, considering the misleading advertising at the top of the page, this is not really a great deal. Phen-375 do offer free delivery within the UK on all purchases.

Other websites also sell Phen Fire 375; Explosive-nutrition offer one bottle of 30 tablets for £42.99 per bottle, plus delivery charges. Goldstarsupplements offer the same sized bottle for £39.97, plus delivery. Finally the most expensive option is to shop through amazon, where one bottle of 30 tablets costs £44.99, with free delivery in the UK.

Considering that the daily usage is two tablets, and that therefore one bottle will only last the user for 15 days, the price for a bottle of 30 tablets is incredibly expensive.

What About A Guarantee

The manufacturers of Phen Fire 375 do offer a money back guarantee on their products, although it is a relatively short one,

If after 7 days, maximum 14 tablets, you’re not 100% happy with your purchase just return it and will give you your money back.

No other weight loss or diet pill company will offer you this amazing guarantee!

We can generally agree with this statement- most companies either offer a longer returns period of anywhere between 7 days and 90 days on unopened products, or offer a 14-60 day money back guarantee on all products.

Yes, this product has a money back guarantee, but we would not describe it as amazing.

Watchdog Verdict

Overall, this product is an incredibly expensive diet pill option, despite the manufacturer’s claims to the contrary. The advertising of the prices on the official website is incredibly misleading.

One bottle of 30 tablets only lasts for 15 days, making Phen Fire 375 prohibitively expensive to use in the long term. The company also makes no mention of any potential side effects or safety concerns, despite describing the product as a ‘deadly fat burner’ in its marketing strategy.

Whilst the customer reviews are positive, they are only testimonials that have been selected by the company to best represent their product. The ingredients of Phen Fire 375 are a mixture of fat burning ingredients and diuretics, but the company uses chemical names rather than chemical names of products, perhaps to make it sound more unique, effective or scientific. The ingredients cause a wide range of side effects, but seem to be useful for boosting weight loss attempts. Diuretics, however, only cause temporary weight loss.

Finally, we cannot recommend a product with so many flaws, which could be a danger to the health of many potential consumers.

We reject Phen fire 375.
