      Hi Vicki,
You will need to contact the company directly as this product is nothing to do with our website.

This company is a complete scam! they offer a “free” trial but then take £16 from your account, then 14 days later take a further £316? but when you sign up nothing states this, its only when you query with them they then show you terms and conditions! no terms and conditons were shown at time of signup. They are false advertising as well as fraudulent! its now in the hands of my bank, lets hope they can get the money back.

Looking for the number to contact the company, I have received True Cambogia and Pur Slim Green Coffee Cleanser – they have also taken money from my Visa 13 days apart. My parcel was shipped from a PO Box # Needham, Ma 02492. Please help!

I have also been scammed. Can someone please supply me with an email address. I have tried “cancellations@purslim but the email was returned “not sent” I am concerned as I don’t know how to either stop the next deduction of money or get the already deducted money back into my account

Like many others i saw all the hype and eventually i purchased what i thought was a one off order of Purslim and True Cambogia at a cost of £16 only to find £158 removed from my bank account a few days after recieving the pills. I have since found out that this has happened to many people from America and UK. The company advertising these products on Facebook and Huffington post are scamming people. There is no mention of further payment or no highlighted link to the terms and conditions which state further money will be taken which by the way is on page 5 of the T&C. Whether this product works or not it is leaving a really nasty taste with people because of the business [ractise of a single company called Weight Loss Horizon. Also as part of the T&C you cannot return the product if you change your mind. Their UK telephone number on their contact page is phoney.
