W700 Thermogenic Facts

  • Ubervita is an internet sports and nutrition company based in Washington
  • Each bottle contains 60 capsules
  • Sold predominantly through Amazon

W700 Thermogenic Hyper Metabolizer is fat burner that promises to help you lose weight by thermogenesis.

Research has shown that the speed of the metabolism varies from individual to individual and is affected by your lifestyle, diet, age and genetic make up.

Certain foodstuffs such as caffeine can raise the speed of the metabolism and body temperature enabling you to burn off excess fat more efficiently. This is the thinking behind all fat burners and they can be effective for some weight loss.

In addition, if you carry out exercise or follow a gym routine and you may find that exercise performance is improved due to your enhanced energy levels. Some customers just like the energy buzz that a fat burner can cause. However, this does not appeal to everyone and in some case weight loss is short lived once your body becomes accustomed to stimulants.

At first glance, W700 Thermogenic Hyper Metabolizer looks a typical body builder weight loss product.

The product website follows the usual style of black pages, moodily lit shots of men with muscles and dramatic product pictures but lacks any details about the ingredients contained in the supplement. Nor does it provide any clinical evidence that proves that it works. Just a picture of the packaging and that is just about it.

W700 is also available via Amazon but again do not provide much product information.

Ubervita are an American company based in Washington State.

Other Ubervita products include Roct Energy Ignitor Drink Mix an energy drink apparently containing a formula “years in the making” and UberDay a supplement aimed at men’s health.

Ubervita also sell UberSurge a pre workout performance supplement designed to make you;

Command your training as you command your life

We could not find out much about the company behind the Ubervita name. Despite the glossy image of the product website, this company is hard to trace.

Ubervita do not provide any information about how to take this diet pill. This information is also absent from the company’s Amazon advertising.

W700 Thermogenic Hyper-Metabolizer Concerns:

  • Lack of clinical proof
  • No details provided about where this product is actually made.
  • Are all the positive reviews really genuine?

What Does W700 Thermogenic Hyper-Metabolizer Claim To Do?

According to the Amazon advert, there are five key features to this supplement
It is described as a;

  • Diet pill that works fast: Thermogenic Hyper-Metabolizer for Extreme Weight Loss
  • Most powerful and trusted Thermogenic Diet Pill in the industry
  • Made in the USA, in GMP certified labs, with certified ingredients
  • Weight Loss: 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed
  • Fat Burner used by elite professional athletes

This all sounds good but none of these statements are backed up with one shred of evidence.

No elite athletes have endorsed this fat burner and there is no “most powerful and trusted diet pill in the industry”.

Although it sounds good to make claims there is no proof is given regarding the certified ingredients or the GMP certified labs.

In fact, the only point that gives this diet pill any credibility at all is the high amount of customer feedback on the Amazon page.

Despite this, the Ubervita Facebook presence is incredibly small with only 89 likes.

According to the Facebook page;

W700 is now the top selling Thermogenic on Amazon! Weight loss. Fat Burner. Energy. W700 delivers!

This may be true and with over 400 reviews at the time of writing, there is no question that a lot of people have tried this supplement, if the feedback is to be believed. However nobody is talking about this supplement elsewhere which is odd.

So What Is W700 Thermogenic Hyper-Metabolizer and What Are The Ingredients?

W700 is a fat burner diet pill made by US company Ubervita. The company do not provide any ingredients information but we found the contents listed on the label.

Serving size is one capsule and because the ingredients are in a proprietary blend, we cannot give you an accurate breakdown.

Proprietary Blend 468 mg:

  • Caffeine: This is the principle ingredient in many fat burning diet pills. Some research has shown that caffeine can cause thermogenesis and fat oxidation (fat burning) and this can be helpful for weight loss.
However, you do have to consider that an average cup of instant coffee contains 100mg of caffeine so is there really any need to take this ingredient in supplement form? In addition, the body can quickly become accustomed to caffeine and the metabolism boost effect can slow down.
  • Schizandra (Schisandra): Is a plant that predominantly grows in Russia and China. There is some evidence that it may increase energy levels, physical performance and endurance. It is sometimes used for medicine against liver disease because the chemicals contained in the plant stimulate enzymes that speed up biochemical reactions in the liver.
    Source: WebMD resource
  • L- Arginine: Amino acid (chemical building block) that is obtainable through diet most notably red meat and dairy products. It helps blood vessels dilate and because of this is sometimes used to treat heart conditions. L Arginine is sometimes used to improve blood circulation and has a variety of uses including a preventative against the common cold, high blood pressure and improved kidney function after transplant. May cause drug interactions. Source: WebMD resource
  • Beta Alanine: Naturally occurring amino acid, which is sometimes, used in sports supplements.
Limited clinical testing has suggested that it may improve fatigue levels. When Beta Alanine was trialled on an American football team it seemed there was an improvement in stamina and endurance when taken over a regular period.
  • Gurana Seed extract: This seed is extracted from a native Brazilian climbing plant Paullina cupana, which has small red berries that contain higher levels of caffeine than coffee. Stimulant.
  • Urva Ursi: This natural plant extract is believed to be effective for urinary tract disorders and kidney infections. Has a diuretic effect and lacks evidence regarding long-term safety. May interact with medication and can cause gastrointestinal side effects.
  • Capsicum: When taken in sufficient quantities, some research has indicated that high levels of capsaicoinds increases the metabolism and promote fat burning. One clinical test carried out in Thailand found that after eating 5g of chilli peppers the metabolism was increased for 30 minutes after ingestion. Source :
  • Garcinia Cambogia: This South Asian fruit has been investigated for its role in weight loss and appears to have some positive short-term effects. The rind of the fruit contains hydroxycitric acid, which is believed to have an appetite suppressing effect.
There is some evidence that it can help people feel full and it may have potential for fat reduction and the treatment of diabetes but research is currently ongoing.
  • Raspberry Ketones: Much touted weight loss ingredient but mainly tested on animals and no real proof that it works on humans for weight loss. Requires further evidence and human testing.
  • Tribulus: Flowering plant that is considered a weed in some parts of America and sometimes known as Devil’s weed or Goathead It is believed to increase testosterone levels and for this reason is sometimes used in dietary supplements that improve performance (both athletic and sexual). However although this has worked in animal testing, research on humans has proved otherwise
  • Vitamin B6 2000 mcg: Sounds a lot but only 2mg, also called Pyridoxine and involved in many aspects of the metabolism and vital for the breakdown of lipids. Vitamin B6 is present in many foodstuffs including pork, bread, eggs, fish and poultry. You need around 1.4 mg of B6 a day if you are a man, women need about 1.2 mg.

So What Does All This Mean?

W700 contains ingredients with a stimulant effect and looks to be fairly standard fat burner that may give you a lift in mood and energy. However there is nothing here that is particularly aimed at weight loss, instead, it is mainly concerned about improving stamina and energy levels, which can help weight loss, but taking is often a short-lived effect. Evidence has indicted that people soon become accustomed to caffeine and the initial metabolism boosting effect soon wears off.

In addition, it is unlikely that the capsicum will be in sufficient quantities to have an effect. Animal testing on Raspberry ketone also suggests that it needs to be taken in extremely high quantities in order to work and even then, there is no proof.

Some of the amino acids look interesting and do seem to have energy boosting qualities.

Despite this iffy looking evidence, many people appear to have found that W700 works if the feedback is to be believed.

Does W700 Thermogenic Hyper-Metabolizer Have Any Side Effects?

A few customers have complained of side effects and nausea seems to be a common problem. Schisandra is known for causing gastrointestinal problems and may increase the risk of contracting peptic ulcers.

Made me sick to my stomach and gave me bad headaches.

I stopped taking due to some nausea feeling later in the day. At first I thought it was some digestive problems or I ate something bad but the feeling kept coming back the next couple of days. I went off the pill and the nausea feeling disappeared.

Were two typical comments.

As well as gastrointestinal side effects, you may experience problems if you are sensitive to caffeine and stimulants. These may include

  • Jitteriness
  • Anxiety
  • Headaches
  • Migraine
  • Nausea
  • Increased need to urinate

Caution:: Avoid if pregnant or breast-feeding. Do not take if you have an underlying health condition related to your heart or blood pressure or if you suffer from acid reflux or GORD.
Seek the advice of your doctor if you are taking medication because some of these ingredients can cause interactions.
Avoid if you are taking Warfarin, heart medication or Lithium. If you take it and experience side effects discontinue use immediately.

Any W700 Thermogenic Hyper-Metabolizer Reviews From Customers?

Yes, there are numerous customer reviews on Amazon with new comments being added as we write! Reviews are mainly positive and for the most part look genuine.

One customer, a top 500 reviewer, wrote;

In 3 months, I dropped from a 35″ pant to 30″ and from XL shirt to Medium.

He went on to explain;

They provided me with plenty of energy throughout the day but did NOT leave me feeling jittery. One thing I want to say is that this is NOT a miracle pill. I put in a lot of hard work at the gym and followed a strict diet. In conjunction with diet and exercise, these pills are truly incredible

Another customer reported;

This does not make me feel jittery at all and I am thrilled about that and it has all natural ingredients.
It gives me a boost, curbs my hunger (I take one with a meal). It has been helping me stay on my diet/exercise track and I could not be happier! No warming effect for me (which is good because that part made me nervous), but I still believe it works very well! I feel great! I highly recommend it!

Great Product, I lost 5 pounds in 3 weeks with minimum walking regularly and it seems to work for me.

Not everyone is as pleased;

No rush of energy. I’ve even doubled the dose. Nothing. Ziltch. I had high hopes for this product. Another product in the garbage. I’m now sceptical of all these positive reviews.

A few customers have experienced side effects such as nausea and headaches.

This product did absolutely nothing for me and gave me migraines, something I’ve never had in my life. Already boxed up and sent back, not losing $30 on something like this.

One customer was dissatisfied with taking this diet pill but was impressed with Ubervita’s sales policy;

This product did nothing for me. I do have to say that the customer service was great! Everyone is different when it comes to this kind of thing and they let me return it no questions asked!

So Does W700 Thermogenic Hyper-Metabolizer Work?

Customer feedback seems too convincing to deny that this product obviously does seem to work for many people. We were prepared to be sceptical and as we all know fake reviews on Amazon are sadly common but this is not what is happening here.

There are too many positive reviews from genuine Amazon customers to simply ignore.

When it comes down to any clinical evidence or information about this diet pill product information is lacking. It all looks totally unconvincing yet listening to customer feedback it seems that it may do something.

Where Can I Buy W700 Thermogenic Hyper-Metabolizer?

The best place to buy W700 Thermogenic Hyper Metabolizer is via

One bottle of 60 capsules costs $29.95. Product information does not give any directions on how to take but many people appear to use one or two capsules a day so it should last between 1-2 months.

W700 Thermogenic Hyper Metabolizer is not available from so you would need to contact the company if you wanted to buy from outside the USA.

You can also buy W700 direct from the Ubervita website for the same price ($29.95).

What About A Guarantee

Ubervita do not advertise a money back guarantee but if you are dissatisfied with the supplement, it appears they may give you a refund.

There are no details provided about this policy and the website lacks any legal terms and conditions regarding any guarantee.

Some customers who were dissatisfied and bought via got their money back and were happy with this company.

Watchdog Verdict

W700 Thermogenic Hyper Metabolizer looks totally unconvincing. The product website comes with zero information and clinical evidence and does not even explain how and when to take this supplement.

Despite this, there are too many positive customer reviews to simply ignore the fact that many genuine customers have found this diet pill effective and have not experienced side effects normally associated with fat burners.

Perhaps it is the combination of the ingredients; perhaps it is a form of mass hysteria but when taken in combination with dietary changes and some exercise it does seem to help promote weight loss.

We are perfectly aware that positive customer reviews are not always genuine but there are too many here to simply write off as fakes.

We cannot put W700 on our approved list because of the lack of product information provided by the company but having said that, it just may be worth a try.

I ordered this product 4 weeks ago on I have tried many different products before, so I would consider myself someone that can tell apart an effective product from a useless one. Let’s just say I felt absolutely nothing and saw no results taking this one. After a few weeks, it started to make me somewhat suspicious, especially seeing all the positive reviews, so I decided to look into it. See my findings below:
Besides the fact that the product page makes false claims (like many other supplement companies – no real surprise there!), there is an evident scheme being run by the company to fraudulently exploit the Amazon ecosystem. Let’s see why this is the case.
Upon closer inspection of Ubervita W700 Thermogenic Hyper Metabolizer, it becomes obvious that the company is flooding Amazon with fraudulent 4 and 5 star customer reviews to increase the product’s ranking and sales. The company is also doing it very fast and is obviously not shy about adding this many fake reviews every day – the fraud is screaming from their detail page – and whenever a real reviewer comes in to complain about the fraud he is immediately offered a full discount (to shut them up).
I am very surprised that Amazon has even allowed such a product to become the #1 best-seller.
Here are some of the obvious signs of the scam:
The most obvious is their reviews. It’s almost comical: the number of reviews for Ubervita W700 Thermogenic Hyper Metabolizer has increased from 0 to 800+ in a matter of 3 months. Reviews come in bursts: it is not uncommon for this product to get 30-40-50 reviews in one single day. The vast majority of these reviews are 5 star reviews, which are obvious scams: they are all condensed (approximately the same length, same style, and saying exactly the same things) and most are first-time reviews from users who never left another review before. The majority of 1 and 2 star reviews on the other hand come from people who have extensive review histories – these are the real reviews. As mentioned above as well: the company quickly reacts to those people by offering them a refund to silence them.
Second, the company is virtually non-existent: Ubervita appears to have absolutely no standing in the industry and up until now has only sold products on Amazon. The company has no history or presence in the press, nor on social media, nor any other platform or medium.
Finally and most importantly, their ingreidents: the dosing of the ingredients is hidden behind a proprietary blend. Nevertheless, Caffeine is the ingredient with the highest presence; this is of course a very cheap ingredient and in contrast with the grandiose (but sadly false!) product claims (example: “Most powerful and trusted Thermogenic Diet Pill in the industry”, “Fat Burner used by elite professional athletes”, “offers a formulation of elements that are scientifically recognized to increase the body’s metabolism”). For me, this is another proof that this product is simply made to scam people.
I was actually highly surprised that Amazon didn’t catch this scam so far, especially that this product is now #1 best-seller in its category on their platform. It makes one wonder about the role of big corporations such Amazon in protecting the unsuspecting consumer.
It remains to be seen how long they manage to perpetuate this scam. In the meanwhile, I would advise anyone who reads this to steer clear of Ubervita’s W700 Thermogenic Hyper Metabolizer.

  2. Judy Bloom says:

They are getting the reviews by offering consumers free bottles of their supplements for their reviews.

  3. Simon says:

I ordered a bottle and when I received it there was a piece of paper that said: “how to get the next bottle for free”.There was an email address so I emailed them and asked how I can get the next one for free and they replied:
” Thank you SO MUCH for responding. We are trying to get the word out about our products on the web. For a limited time we are offering customers a free bottle (and free shipping) if they are able to write a review about their experience using our products.

Please go here to write about your experience:

Please just send me a link to your review, and your address, and I will send you a free bottle.

PS: If your experience was anything less than 5-star, PLEASE let us know how we can make it better. Merchants such as Amazon see 4 and 3 star reviews as the equivalent of a negative for us online.”

So I wrote a review(I gave them 5 star cause I wanted to get the free bottle :) ) and sent the link to them and after couple days I received my second bottle for free.
So I don’t think that the reviews on amazon are true cause I think everyone would write a good review for a free bottle of w700 which worth 29.95. At least I did that.

  4. Johnny says:

Sorry, but W700 is a completely bogus product. I tried it and it had absolutely no effect on me whatsoever — I couldn’t even feel the caffeine.

I bought W700 solely based on all the positive reviews on Amazon. But, upon further review, I was completely duped. When I felt no effect, I returned to Amazon and started to look at all the positive reviews a little closer. Nearly every single positive review comes from “customers” that haven’t reviewed anything other than W700 or other Ubervita products.

On the other hand, if you look at all the negative reviews (like mine), you’ll see that they are mostly written by buyers that have written many reviews.

And, like Simon write above, I also got the offer to get a free tub of RocT PRO (another Ubervita product) in exchange for a positive review of W700. Clearly this should be against Amazon’s rules. I’ve reported it to Amazon, but I haven’t heard anything back from them.

I definitely wouldn’t buy this product.

  5. Dee says:

When I tried this product, I followed the directions of taking one with a meal. I had eggs for breakfast and had one then. I did have a sensation of being full but it was almost too full. I decided not to take another pill. By mid morning, I had a really bad headache. On my way home from work (30 minute drive) I got an instant feeling to urinate which was sudden and strong. I actually didn’t think I was going to make it home. I have been pregnant before and have never had this sensation before. I would be very careful with this supplement.

  6. Dan Keller says:

Not sure why all the negative comments, it did help me. I like it and will buy more. Helped give me energy and reduced the cravings between meals. Looks like a lot of sour grapes in the comments! Just had to post, as I do like it.

    • Annie says:

Thank you for positive reaction. I just started my bottle. I live in Red Oak, TX. There is bad comments on any items. Just saying

  7. Kimberly says:

I actually like this product more than any other fat burner I’ve tried (with the exception of stacker 2 before it was banned)! When all ephedra products got pulled from the shelves, I tried EVERYTHING you can imagine. Stacker 2 was the only product that ever worked for me….until I came across this product. No pill is a ” miracle pill”, which seems to be what everyone is looking for these days. I took 2 pills a day in conjunction with clean eating and working out 5-6 days a week and I have tons of energy, my appetite has decreased, and the most exciting thing is that I have tightened and toned my body like never before! I don’t use a scale so I don’t know how much weight I have lost, but I dropped a pants and shirt size in a little under a month. Before w700 with clean eating and exercise, my progress was stalled. This pill gave me the extra “oomph” I needed to reach my goals. I like it a lot!

    • Xelpha says:

I loved Stacker 2 too!!! It really worked. I wish i could find something like that again. I haven’t tried the W700 yet, but have placed an order. Crossing my fingers. I have almost 50 lbs to lose.

  8. Amanda M says:

I am excited to try this product. Today is only Day 1 though. I took 1 pill in the morning and 1 pill in the afternoon. I did feel a boost of energy which was nice! Also I have to urinate a LOT. Can’t wait to see some progress with the next months to come. :)

  9. John says:

After becoming suspicious, I found this thread. Looks like it’s a bogus product. I’ve never used a fat burner before, and I don’t know now if any actually work. I’ve been in this for a week and it seems I gained stomach fat! This sucks. I’ve been skinny in a healthy way all my life. Turned 26 and now food sticks. I’m getting stomach fat and I don’t like it at all.

  10. octavia says:

I agree with you. its been 10days and i see no result

  11. Craig says:

Hi Octavia & John, No wonder you see no results because this product is a scam. It has a proprietary blend with caffeine as its main ingredient, just check the label… Need I say more? :) Oh, wait, there IS more: this company has recently launched a lawsuit against Amazon reviewers who shared negative opinions on the product and dared to raise the question about the thousands of 5-star reviews this useless pill miraculously garnered within 5 (!!) months. So what a questionable company with a bogus product (as dietpillswatchdog concluded, i.e. “fail”) do in desperation to keep the hundreds (and soon thousands) of unsatisfied customers quiet? Sues them…! What an ignorant business practice! Then you google Ubervita, read the Ripoff Reports, check out their Amazon reviews and sure enough you connect the dots… One must be too naive… This company is approaching the end of a Ponzi scheme. Not very sustainable…:) I don’t give them more than 6 months before they go bust.

  12. Jordan says:

Anyone who goes and reads their amazon reviews will know what’s going on. Just wondering how come amazon would allow this product to sell on their site. I mean they even sued reviewers…ridiculous! Will is be sued now too??

  13. Audrey says:

I have been using for 3 weeks and haven’t lost an inch. Been careful what I am eating and even cut back on Starbucks. Second week I was getting headaches and nauseous in the am for 4 hours. Also, Food tastes strange and I have an overly full feeling in my stomach and feel bloated. Supplement not worth it especially if it makes you sick. Purchased from amazon because of great reviews.

  14. Oliver says:

I don’t understand why customers put 5 stars if they are not happy with the product. As the company refund them if they are not happy.
When I buy a product, if I’m not happy with it, I prefer to be refunded (and this case keeping the the product) instead of having a second product !!
This company is not the only one to encourage people to write reviews and refund them if they don’t put good comments.

    • Xelpha says:

So, if these people were willing to place 5 star reviews to get an additional bottle, they must’ve like it. Right? Why else would they have done that?

  15. tony-cruzo says:

People who fall for scams like these deserve it, I mean if it’s not this company, then there will be another one that will scam people the same way. Anyone who believes their diet will be miraculously solved by a cursory look on Amazon without any research whatsoever really deserves those $30 down the drain. People who don’t take the effort to google something they’ll be putting in their bodies all deserve to be scammed by bogus companies. It’s not the company to blame. If people were smarter, Ubervita and their W700 wouldn’t exist. Kudos to those guys for profiting out of ignorance! That’s how far the American consumer got. Then they complain. Pathetic – do you research, read this site and others on the first page of Google, then decide accordingly. Oh, you believed the Amazon reviews? Sorry, it’s not 2003 anymore. There is an industry for fake review. Don’t be ignorant. Period.

  16. hank89 says:

I read that this pill has 300 mg of caffeine in it. It’s essentially a caffeine pill with some extra ingredients mixed in for the “show”. You can buy a bottle of 30 caffeine pills for $3 in Walgreens… wondered how the company had thousands of 5-star reviews. Then I found this on Google:

  17. Bob Jones says:

I bought this from amazon and tried it. I did leave a positive review, but the free bottle was just frosting on the cake. You can feel free to read my review (which is under the same name), and can also note that it isn’t my first review (but first ubervita review). As suggested by the writer of the article, it does indeed work for some. Don’t necessarily believe everything good you read about it in the reviews as I’m sure that the freebie was a major motivator for some, but don’t completely discount the POSSIBILITY that it may work for you.

  18. marty55 says:

I bought this pill just because I was curious what the hype is all about. Once you take it you realize that it’s totally ineffective. What a ripoff! No wonder so many people are infuriated. Add + 1

  19. Rob D says:

Waste of time, waste of money. I used this as directed with no results whatsoever. Now I’m pissed because I can’t even find out how to get the refund they claim to provide. I don’t leave reviews, this is a first for me, that says something I guess…

  20. jon s says:

I think the so called “scam”, was just smart business. The proprietor blend does make it sound a bit shady, but like the article said there are a lot of Amazon confirmed purchases. If it were total crap, what would be the point of sending an email, writing a review, and then sending yet another email just to get another bottle if crap? It starts with a proper diet and exercise. There’s not a supplement on here that will do anything by itself. So if you are considering this or any other supplement then know the basics.

  21. Livia says:

I’ve bought and used this product and I lost the 8lbs Ive been trying to lose for the last year in a matter of 7 weeks with minimal exercise. I guess it works for some people. I didn’t opt for the free bottle though because I live in the Caribbean and would actually have to pay for shipping. Good luck to those who try it.
